We are experiencing a very high number of calls advising the boilers are not working, if your boiler has broken down in this extremely cold weather it may be that the condensation pipe has frozen (the pipe that leads from your boiler to the outside drain). Should a plumber not be able to visit straight away please watch this video as it may be possible to defrost the pipe yourself to avoid delays and unnecessary call outs.
